A Conversion Funnel is an eCommerce word that refers to the many phases of a buyer’s journey that lead up to a purchase. The funnel metaphor depicts the progressive drop of potential clients as they progress through the conversion journey.
It is categorized into three:
– Upper funnel
– Middle funnel
– Lower funnel
The model of conversion funnel a business uses is solely determined by the type of business. There are four levels of a conversion funnel; awareness, interest, desire, and action.
